Grown Turtle offers digital marketing, SEO, web design and development, branding, motion graphics, advertising and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are governed by individual service agreements or proposals signed between Grown Turtle and the client.
All content on this website - text, logos, graphics, images, videos, source code - is the property of Grown Turtle and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
Deliverables produced for clients are transferred upon full payment as per the individual service agreement. Grown Turtle retains the right to display all work in its portfolio unless a separate NDA is signed.
Project payments are handled per the terms outlined in each proposal. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Grown Turtle provides marketing and creative services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, ROI, or ad performance, though we work hard to maximise every campaign. In no event will Grown Turtle be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages exceeding the fees paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
